Dearest Nina, sending greatings from sweden to all brothers and sisters. THE BLOOMING SPRING HAS APPROACHED poem Oh listen, the shattering sound from frozen lake, how it emancipates molecules that long have existed constrained in ice. Oh listen, chants echoing from rich provinces, folks dancing and toasting with the premium bouquet favoured from the first harvest combined with a flavouring banquet. Oh listen, the whispering breeze hinting, gleam your fins and bath in the whirlpool pierced with jasmine, plunge into the depths of the perpetual sea, amass various treasures for to crown thy spouse. The blooming spring has approached and awakened I am from a long trance, for lengthy winter have I dawdled for the mist to shatter, for me to clasp my sight with thy beauty and roused by thy presents. I must quicken and replenish my core with heavenly fruits for soon the sunlight will conceal above the mellow clouds and once more shall I for seasons dwell in a different shape of silence that rule over nature. Yam.

Dear Nina: THE POWER OF PRAYERS: You know prayer is an SOS to God- emergency distress signal to God- for something we neeed in hurry. We turn to prayers only when we are in trouble. I am not suggesting for a moment that one should not pray when one is in difficulties or when one has a problem. Prayer is our secret source of courage and strength, it is life line flung between us and God through which He helps us and directs us. But definitely not an easy way of getting what we want. Our relationship on belief in God should be based on such understanding of trust and love. We must always be on guard against selfishness in our praying, that is, we must not keep asking for things all the time. If we have problem and worries, our duty is to do everything we can do to solve these difficulties and only then ask or pray to God for His assistance. This kind of approach will help us in more ways than we realise.

Nina: I concur with sentiments expressed in "What's New" in Ismaili Web, on Hazar Imam's visit to Tajikistand and the great Ismaili Dai Nasir Khusraw, evokes the the memory of great teachers of the past-one that come to mind is the mystic: Jalalu Din Rumi.
